How to Practice Deep Breathing:

  1. Sit down calmly.

  2. Put your hand on your abdomen.

  3. Inhale for 4 seconds. Feel your stomach rising and watch your hand lift on your stomach.

  4. Hold your breath for 4 seconds.

  5. Release your breath for 6 seconds. 

Repeat this method for 3-5 minutes and experience the immediate calm that will come over your body!
