How to Practice Deep Breathing:
Sit down calmly.
Put your hand on your abdomen.
Inhale for 4 seconds. Feel your stomach rising and watch your hand lift on your stomach.
Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
Release your breath for 6 seconds.
Repeat this method for 3-5 minutes and experience the immediate calm that will come over your body!
